FAQs

How it works?

1. Upload Your Photo: Select your desired photo (a square one is recommended).

2. Creation Begins: Once your images are approved, we initiate the creation process. Your piece is crafted in 3-5 business days, then prepared and dispatched within 48-72 hours.

3. Order Updates & Delivery: Stay informed with status updates throughout the entire process. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information for easy delivery monitoring.

How to view the photo inside?

1. Direct Observation: Look inside with your eye, ensuring ample light on the backside. It's best to face the backside towards a natural or artificial light source.

2. Projection Method: Project the image onto a wall by illuminating the backside of the bracelet with your smartphone light and pointing the front side towards the wall.

3. Phone Camera: Open your phone camera and bring the photo charm close to it to view the image through your phone screen.

How to care for the projection bead?

To prolong its lifespan, avoid getting it wet and gently wipe it with a dry, soft cloth if the surface is dirty.

Do you ship anywhere?

Yes, we do! We have a worldwide shipping.

What should I do if my shipment is delayed?

The majority of our packages are shipped using La Poste (the French postal service), but occasionally there may be delays because of holidays, bad weather, and other factors.

Your shipment could take up to 10 days to arrive if it is showing up as "delayed." Send us an email at [email protected], and we'll help you start an investigation.

Can I return a personalised piece?

Because it is made just for you, a personalised piece can't be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty. If it is, we'll send you a replacement at our expense or refund you in full.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

It covers manufacturing defects for life. It does not cover damage caused by misuse: chemicals, chlorine, bleach, knocks or pulling. Just email us with your order number.

Customer photo review of Double Heart Photo Necklace

Très joli collier, j'avais un peu peur de ne pas bien voir la photo, mais je suis agréablement surprise. Le seul défaut, la chaine est trop petite, on doit l'enlever pour regarder dans la perle, c'est dommage.
